Todd McIntyre

Wood River

Todd grew up on a mixed farm in the Spring Valley area. He attended public school in Moose Jaw and took first-year business classes at Sask Polytechnic before moving to Regina where he worked in sales and management. He was also an amateur boxer, competing across western Canada.

He returned to Moose Jaw where he served six years on the Board of Directors for the Moose Jaw & District Chamber of Commerce, and three years on the City of Moose Jaw’s Heritage Advisory Committee.

Todd also returned to his rural roots when he and his wife Marnie purchased a small ranch southwest of Moose Jaw, where today as a small business owner he boards and trains horses.

Agriculture and country living is Todd’s passion. He affectionately refers to farmers and ranchers as ‘my people’. It’s his upbringing on the farm and fighting spirit that drives him to want to protect our rural way of life in Saskatchewan. He has had an immense interest in politics and economics ever since he was a child, has studied it, and feels that he can be that strong, common sense voice to represent the collective interests of rural Saskatchewan.
